Instaled Mathcad on new laptop - problems

Hello!
Ive installed Mathcad o my new laptop.
Anyway when I open my spreadsheets that Ive made, every textbox, list box, check box that were present in the sheet are gone!
When I click in the area where the box was I get an text saying "value cannot be null"...parametar name pUnK.
Mathcad versions are the same!

This much information is never enough to solve any problem. I can't figure out why you wouldn't even volunteer the version of Mathcad, or the type of operating system... do you seriously think anyone can answer, or do you just want to complain?

So... I'll venture a guess based on some high-probability inferences... especially since you haven't asked PTC for support...
