Inserting an object into a drawing

Is there a really good way to insert say a pdf into a
drawing where I can adjust the size so it's view able when
printed?

I understand how to link a pdf within the Pro/E drawing and
it's embedded which is nice but I can not adjust the size
and it's just too small to view properly when I then create
a pdf from the Pro/E drawing. If that makes any sense.

I'm trying to insert a supplier spec drawing into a Pro/E
drawing.

I found a better way.

Create a bitmap image and then insert object as a paint
brush and then link it with the .bmp then I can put it on a
larger sheet size and increase the image size.

Sometimes I answer my own questions.
