Inserted Parts Jumping Out of Position

Hello,

I am facing a problem that is driving me nuts. I inserted some parts into a part, positioning them by constraints, and now they just do not want to stick to their position. All of a sudden they jump into a different position. Has anyone experienced this, and maybe a solution for it?
