Insert JPEG into Drawing

We are updating our Title blocks to a new one to incorporate our new Logo and name. The Logo has already been created as a jpeg by corprate and we would like to just insert it into the title block. How can we do this?

you should use Illustrator or line art instead. Don't insert jpg. Will slow everything down and.... cause other problems. Sometiumes old school is better

When you say use illustrator or line art are these seperate programs or something I can use in PRO-E. The image is already created and I don't want to try to recreate it to corporate standards.
