Get a job as an operator in an injection moulding shop.
Do a course on injection moulding.
Read the manuals and technical literature for the machines and materials.
Carefully break small hole in one end of egg shell by gently tapping with a needle. Put finger over hole and turn over. Repeat process, but insert needle further to break yolk. Hold egg over mouth and suck through hole.
