Information about remembered constraints

I think this is the easy one. How to get information that certain part contains remembered assembly constraints?

From Component Properties > Information

Component is Partially Constrained
There are 3 rotational and 3 translational degrees of freedom.
Component part has remembered constraints
............

This won't do. This requires adding the part to an assembly, and won't give much info about remembered contraints.
Is it possible to find out this info by loading only the part in question?

NO, you will need to add it to another part file first as a Component.
