Inflated resources in Primavera P6.1

I'm working with P6.1 and I'm running into an issue where resources imported into the schedule from another scheduler are inflated. This only occurs with hourly resources (quantities maintain their values). Also when the schedule is exported and imported by the other scheduler the values import to the other computer correctly. If anyone has any insight on which setting may be causing this I would greatly appreciate it.
