Inertia Load / Angular Accelertaion to certian components in Static Analysis

Dears,
I have a assembly consisting of rotating and non-rotating components, doing static analysis of the assembly. When the Inertia load of Angular Acceleration is applied, it is applied to all by selecting the Global option, is there a way, the angular acceleration could only be applied to the rotating components of the assembly.
