C8 Aromatics (Para xylene potential) is always desirable component in FCC heart Cut naptha stream which goes to Heavy Naptha Union Fining Unit (HNUU) unit and subsequent to CCR Platformer for producing Para xylene product.
FCC Naptha Splitter -1 and Naptha splitter -2 are operated to split the naptha for Heavy Mo gas ,Light Mo gas.
Typical Flow is FCC Debutanizer bottom goes to Depentanizer column, from where Depentenizer bottom is routed to Naptha splitter -1 where Overhead C6,7 is routed to LMG/LNUU , Bottom is routed to HMG(Heavy Mo gas).NS-1 side cut is routed to Naptha splitter -2.Bottom of NS-2 goes to HMG pool whereas top goes to HNUU around 100-120 m3/hr.
Given a change in FCC Feedstock any tips to get/maximize/enrich C8 Aromatics in the stream which goes from NS-2 to HNUU.
