importing logos

What is the best technique to import logos into sheet metal and modeling? Right now I
 
try creating a localized surface on which you wish to place the logo, then create a new color in your color pallette. Modify the color then select the detail tab. under texture, click the map button and find the jpeg of the logo. you will then be able to resize the jpeg to fit the surface you created.

Maybe that will work, but this definitively works. Import that logo in Corel, and make drawing over them. Select only your drawing and export them like Ai (Adobe Illustrator) Than open it in Rhino (good software for exporting, importing
