I've downloaded a few objects from proe central and opened them in hopes of seeing how they were created and learning a new trick or two. However, sometimes when I open these objects up there will be nothing in the model tree for me to look at, it will only say imported feature. Is there another way to open these files, or some setting to modify that will provide a full model tree?

Thanks,

Aaron

I think many of these unusual-looking models were created in other systems and then imported into Pro/E... In those cases, the single import feature is all you're going to get.

I've had the same experience as Brian_Adkins.

Note that most parts that consist only of one imported feature can be assembled anyway because Pro/E usually recognizes primitive surfaces when applying constraints in an assembly.
