I have a drawing template with standard notes, details, title blocks, etc. All of the notes are updated for the project by modifying properties in the sheet set manager to ensure they are consistent throughout (things like the project owner, location, minimum rebar cover, etc.). I currently place all of this information into an excel spreadsheet, then my drafter manually copies the same data into the SSM properties. Is there a way to directly import these variables to avoid the manual entry?

TerryScan, that is exactly what I am looking for.

Is it a perpetual license? How often often are you having to upgrade the version? (I just want to make sure I don't have pay $60 every couple of months that they come out with an update for my whole team).

From the website:

"The license is perpetual. Support and upgrades is included for version released within 2 years after purchase."
