Import Diagnostics greyed out 1

I have two parts imported with errors by someone else. I was able to run Import Diagnostics in one part and fix it. In the second part the "Import Diagnostics" line in the menu is greyed out. SW help does not mention anything about it. What is the problem and how can I run Import Diagnostics?

Have there been features added after the import? If so, your ability to perform import diagnostics is gone until the added features are removed. IIRC, even adding reference geometry caused the import diagnostics option to be unavailable.

Try saving the part as a Parasolid and then re-import.

dgowans: I think you are right. There were some features added but they were suppresed.

CBL: I did that before reading your suggestion and it fixed the model
