Implementation of fatigue loading in ABAQUS?

Recently, I've been trying to implement the fatigue loading on Steel-Concrete deck bridge struture FE model in ABAQUS. The objective is to obtain the crack growth in concrete deck caused by repeated loading. If anyone have an idea on this, please advise. I'll greatly appreciate it.
