Impedance of step voltage regulator

I am filling a specification sheet for 1-phase step voltahe regulator. I have my kVA rating is 333kVA. voltage is 13.8kV. How can I find impedance @333kVA?
Is it necessary to know about transformer data that tis regulator in conjustion with?
