IFC Inside storage for gases

Hello all,
I have been reviewing the inside storage requirements for gases in a semiconductor facility (H-5), chapters 18, 27, and all the hazard specific ones (IFC 2003). It seems to me that all gases, meaning the ones regulated by IFC, can be stored inside a H-5 room. Rooms have specific requirements of course, and in some cases a detached storage is required, but nowhere do i see a section that says something like "no inside storage allowed for this type of gas" (for H occupancies).
Can someone confirm?

You are correct. In a Group H-5 occupancy one can store gases within the building. However, recgonize that each tool has its own quantity limits and that the total amount of compressed gas inside a building cannot exceed the 2,000 cubic foot limit for pyrophorics and 9,000 cubic foot limit for flammable, pyrophoric, toxic and highly toxic gases.

Thank you, stookeyfpe. I know about the 2000 ft3 for pyrophoric gases, but i cannot fine the 9000 ft3 requirement for the other gases you mention...?

See IFC Table 1804.2.2.1, footnote d. Proper interpretation of this provision means one can have up to 2,000 cubic feet of pyrophoric gases and not more than 7,000 cubic feet of flammable, toxic and highly toxic gases.
