If you have connected to the ground using reference point, you can give temperature to that reference point by predefined field in analysis.

You mean when creating a spring that is connected to ground?
No.

Workaround: Create a RP yourself somewhere, fix it with a boundary, attach the spring to it and then apply whatever you want there.
