if using drives , (PAM or PWM) which method is suitable for transformers connecting output side of drive.?
 
PAM produces less HF. So, if you have an old transformer with PD sensitive windings, the PAM could have a slight advantage.
But, given that PWM is the dominating modulation technique, I would use a transformer with good PD resistance and go with that. Have done so with both resin insulated and oil insulated transformers. Power range 100 - 1000 kVA.
