You can obtain this spec from SAE at http://www.sae.org . I will have to look further to see if there are any ASTM specs on IF steels. In the meantime, you may try the Auto-Steel Partnership website (http://www.a-sp.org) under the publications section-- lots of good info available, maybe some on IF (I usually recommend it for HSLA data, forming, etc.).
