Identical mesh in abaqus

I modeled 3d rve I want to do identical mesh on opposite face for pbc. I tried all methods. Anyone can pls help how to do identical mesh.

I didn't think you needed to do this (match mesh both sides of a contact surface) any more. sure you can, but I thought these days you could tell the code "these two surfaces are in contact, figure it out" ?

We are talking about periodic boundary conditions for RVE models here, not about regular contact. In such cases, matching meshes can be crucial.

Anyway, I would try the Micromechanics plug-in.
