Id fan VFD tripping on DC bus undervoltage. What are the reasons?
 
Not enough information. Could be too small a VFD for the motor and load, could be an overly restrictive trip setting in the configuration, could be a defective motor, or a defective drive.
 
Incoming phase loss is a usual suspect for that. Also, extreme line notching can do it. If there are other large converters on the same transformer, such as large DC drives, that can be the result.

I had VFD tripping on DC bus undervoltage once when voltage drop in the mains was significant.
But as dpc said not enough information here.
