IBM laptop for WF3?

Does anyone use an IBM laptop for WF2 or WF3 work involving large assemblies and surfacing? I have not seen IBM show up on any benchmarking that I have read. We are trying to select workstation replacements for those working on off site projects. Engineering hasspeced Dell M90, but IT department is 100% IBM workstations and laptops. So, I am looking for someadvice from other users to help in the decision.

IBM for me is synonymous to old and tired and resistant to change. Go Dell. I have a dell m90 and would never be happy with less. As a matter of fact we have proposed to get all m90's in our office as we repace other dell hardware. thats one or so each quarter.
