Hello all.

I have made this model (image included) which is being machined onto a tray to which it can be printed on.

The problem comes from the amount of features are included on each cavity. I am trying to send the file back to the machine shop but the file is too large for the operator to load on Mastercam. The details are important for locating and printing accuracy.

Is there any advice out there on regards to saving, shrinkwrapping, or changing features, or any other advice on this?

Thanks all

Send a single cavity to MasterCam and let MasterCam do the patterning.
