What parameter will allow you to do this,no raidus at the corner.....

Thanks;

Chris

The parameter is called "Electric discharge machining" :)

Just u joke,
you can't mill a sharp corner because of a geometry of a
end mill, not because of some milling parameter :)

Its usually left for a EDM to cleanup...

Chris,

Do you have a 5-axis machine, then you would be able to do
it.
Another way of doing it would be to make a corner broach
and clean out the corners.

or EDM

Many ways to skin that one

Tony

It's obvious that you cannot machine an insidecorner with a cylindrical, conicalor spherical shaped endmill.

If you are wanting to display the tool path on your computer monitor with no radius, just set you tool diameter to zero.
