Jan 13, 2012 #1 P proone Guest What parameter will allow you to do this,no raidus at the corner..... Thanks; Chris
Jan 13, 2012 Thread starter #2 B BoxXxoN Guest The parameter is called "Electric discharge machining" Just u joke, you can't mill a sharp corner because of a geometry of a end mill, not because of some milling parameter Its usually left for a EDM to cleanup...

Jan 14, 2012 Thread starter #3 T TonyJager Guest Chris, Do you have a 5-axis machine, then you would be able to do it. Another way of doing it would be to make a corner broach and clean out the corners. or EDM Many ways to skin that one Tony

Jan 14, 2012 Thread starter #4 T tosh382 Guest It's obvious that you cannot machine an insidecorner with a cylindrical, conicalor spherical shaped endmill. If you are wanting to display the tool path on your computer monitor with no radius, just set you tool diameter to zero. Edited by: tosh382
