I honestly don't understand Case 1 thru 4 of ASCE 7-10 Fig. 27.4-8 MWFRS All-Heights Procedure

I am able to calculate my GCp values, and obtain net wind pressures for the walls and roof.

However, I don't really understand what to do when ASCE Section 27.4.6 says The MWFRS shall be designed for these cases. Does anyone have a detailed example I can refer to which outlines the evaluation of each of the 4 cases?
