having just a look to the mentioned ASCE standard, I have many doubts that the installation conditions (that is bedding type) will be only type 2 for such a great diam and depth of fill. Furthermore there is something strange to me : "page 1 - reinforcing layers 1" whilst "page 2 cage reinforcing type double circular"
