I can't run the assembly with "The assembly environment cannot be activated " after teamcenter(SEEC) install.
part modeling is ok.
I use ST5.
How can I fix this problem.

Maybe navigate to what used to be called 'add or remove programs' in Windows XP (I assume you're on a newer OS) and right mouse click Solid Edge and select repair.

Perhaps you could try deleting the following from your registry:

hkey_current_user\software\unigraphics solutions\solid edge

Export the registry entry first as a backup. The next time you start SE this registry entry will be recreated. It might solve your problem. Or it might not. But it's often a basic first attempt.
