Polyimide-Foam/Aerogel Composites for Thermal Insulation

I am interested in TEEK as an insulation material for a reusable food carrier.
We are prototyping using Urethane blow molding.
Heat retention is satisfactory but could be improved.
Weight is definitely a problem.
The cost is way too high.
We are looking for solution and found TEEK!
Can TEEK be blow molded? Can it form a skin like Urethane?
Is the cost better compared with Urethane?

Why not styrofoam? Thermal conductivity is similar, but density is better
