Hyperlink to TeamCenter Item Number

I would like to place an Excel Spreadheet in a folder in Teamcenter that will contain a column with TeamCenter item numbers in it.
Is it possible to create a hyperlink so when I click on the Item Number it will be sent to MY TEAMCENTER ?
