Help translating some specialized vocabulary to English

Hello everyone!

I'm an Estonian and my company was asked to put together a quotation for a project in English. We do building design. I'm having some trouble translating some specialized vocabulary to English, so perhaps you can help.

1) How do you call like a topographic/geodetic survey of a property? In here a surveyor surveys some area and usually gives us a dwg file that has the property with actual coordinates of objects/buildings etc.
2) How to call the design of like piping and sewage systems properly? How to distinguish them between inside the building and outside (dry wells etc)?
3) How to call heating, ventilation design? Would HVAC design do?
4) How to call like vertical planning part of the project around the building? Like roads, pavements, parking lots etc?
5) How is the electrical project part properly called in English?
6) How does one call the drawing that like depicts the building with it's surrounding roads etc? Here, a rough translation is situation/situational plan.

You have asked a very broad question that cannot possibly be answered in the detail you desire.

I have been in the same situation when doing work in foreign countries. You would be surprised how capable Google Translate is at handing technical translations.

You can also scour the internet for example drawings in english to see how things are called out.

I have no problem in your post in English, which has good notes with clear questions.
There are many professional translation tools in the market which may help you in the specific country or region. It's can be a good resource if you could find the professional drawing or document in the specific country/company as interested if possible.

6) Location plan (this is usually the plan on the cover sheet of a set of drawings)
