Hello!!
Is there a possibility of inappropriate Dew point causing Hydrogen Embrittlement while
hardening steel parts.?

While inappropriate dew point during austenitizing may increase hydrogen inside the steel, it is usual for much of the hydrogen to leave the steel or at least become diffused and trapped during tempering. What are your heat treating parameters, and what is your steel grade?

Thanks.
Material is SAE 52100,
Parameters 870 -20 min.
Martempering at 250-45 min.
