hydrodynamic brake: which would be good for my application?

Hi all,

for my customer I need to design an hydrodynamic brake to mount at the wheels. This trailer will be used as loading vehicle. The maximum braking torque is roughly 5000Nm and the tire speed is around 100rpm. The torque is nearly constant and the brake will be used continuosly for at least 1 hour. I'll design also an the oil cooler to avoid oil overheating. May you suggest me a brake device or a producer?
