Hydro Modification in Marin County

Anyone have experience on how hydromodification is determined in Marin County, CA as far as size of storms that are analyzed for pre and post development flows? With other agencies I have analyzed the 10, 25, 50 and 100 yr storms but anything specific to this county?

Gbam,
I should have mentioned it. Not trying to make anyone look bad but yes I have, and I have not received a response. Just trying to get an idea. My next step would be to actually make a trip to the county in person.
