Hydraulic test pressure of Tube bundle as per TEMA R

Dear Experts

what is the formula for calculating Hydraulic test pressure of Tube bundle constructed as per TEMA R 2007 edition?
Basically I do not have the TEMA R 2007 code at the moment but I wonder if the calculation is the same as ASME VIII UG 99.

MareiHamad, off top of my head, if TEMA says anything about hydrotest pressure, it will refer to Code of construction.
