RT requirement as per ASME B31.1

I am currently working on ASME B31.1 BEP piping and want to specify the extent of RT for lines (Full or spot?.
Table 136.4.1-1 specify the criteria for RT w.r.t to pipe size, temperature and pressure but it does not specify the extent of RT when applicable?
Is 100% RT applicable on power piping?
