The hydraulic pressure is coming from somewhere ... probably a hydraulic pump, although no information has been provided whatsoever. That hydraulic pump is probably driven electrically from grid power ... although no information has been provided whatsoever.
IF those two assumptions are correct then the proper solution involves (1) a transformer to change the incoming AC power from the grid to whatever the required voltage is, (2) a rectifier to convert that AC to DC, (3) toss all the hydraulics in the bin because you don't need it any more.
Converting energy from one source to another is inefficient, and conventional industrial hydraulic pumps and hydraulic motors are particularly so. And keeping it all electrical means no leaks, no mess, less noise, less stuff to break down.
Now explain to me why you can't do it the way I just explained.
