Can anyone direct me to a list of Independant HVAC Test Labs (preferrably in northern California)? I would like to have some products tested to ASHRAE 129.

Bob1313 Have you tried "ARI" they use test labs all the time to certify equipment.

Try ITS(Intertek Testing Service). Believe they may be able to help you.
