Dear friends:
I'm a mech designer that have a problems to determine when the equipments must have a hubbed joint (BEM heat exchangers shell to tubesheet joint).
If my client uses 100% radiograph , it is mandatory to use them? or additionally the fluid must be lethal. Now, I'm using corner joint (because fluid is NH3, toxic but not lethal)and i'm applying RT2 cathegory ---> 100% long. joints + 100% crosses and i'm making UT to this problematic joint (shell to tubesheet joint), is it possible or acceptable?.
Thank's in advanced for your oppinion.
