HRSG - inspection 1

I`m looking for a company that deals with the inspection of HRSG boilers. I`m working for power plant in Poland. We have two gas turbines assembeld by GE, two HRSG boilers (Babcoc Borsig DBEMA) and steam turbine asdembeld by BORSIG. Every year we conduct non-invasive examination of the boiler (chemical and mechanical) of approximately 3000 points, but unfortunately we are not able to determine the time of life that still remained. I need a company that has experience in conducting audits like this.

In the US, I have used Structural Integrity Associates. In Europe, you might try Velosi/Intertek.

Tetra Engineering Europe is experienced with Borsig HRSGs

You could try looking at organisations registered under PED as Notifying Bodies.

Other possibilities are:

I believe Babcock Power has a division that inspects boilers and HRSGs as well. Based just outside of Boston, MA.

I have used Mitsui Babcock in UK (now Doosan Babcock) for boiler inspections, they were execellent.

We have used Tetra, they are in France and did a good job.
