How to use proe mechanica????

Please can any of you give me some tips on how to use proe mechanica! I have been use proe wildfire 3.0 for a while now, but I dont know how to make the mechanica work.

Do you know any web page that gives a tutorial? I dont even know how to start using it!

I have tried the help tool on the proe, but I cant find any information.

hmmm...have you ever done any FEA work before? Maybe with ANYSY or any software like that? If you have, it has the same thought process. If not, maybe you should take a FEA class so you can understand what the software is doing.
