How to turn on History Free mode in NX1899

I know History Free mode is back in NX1899. Iam not able to turn it on. Is there any special env variable to enable it?

According to Help it is retired.

If you open a part that was last saved in history-free mode (in a previous version), it will probably open up in history-free mode to preserve your design intent; but I don't think you can start a new file in NX 1899 and switch to history-free.

where does it say that History free should be back in NX1899?
As Rob notes, that option was terminated a few releases back.
