how to turn off the tips screen on NX9 welcome screen?

When you first start NX and you don't have any file open there is a help/tips/whats new screen, before I had the option to turn it off after a few days but now I haven't had that option. Or maybe I had and I ignored it.

Is there a way to manually remove it, or a environmental variable don't know.

Just go to...

Customer Defaults -> Gateway -> User Interface -> General

...and near the middle of the page you'll find an item titled 'Welcome Page Duration'. Just set the value to ZERO, hit OK and restart NX.
