I am modeling a rubber plate that has various Young's Modulus depending on the thickness as below.

Does anyone knows how to apply this "geometrically changing Young's Modulus"?

I have searched and found similar content in the Abaqus manual, but not sure if they work.
PLEASE give me some ideas :)

1. *DISTRIBUTION

2. Subroutine UEL

Distribution is the best option in this case. It has some limitations though: it can be used only in Abaqus/Standard analyses and requires definition on element-by-element basis.

I think you have to make the Youngs Modulus dependent of a field variable. -> done in Property Module
This field variable can then be varied with distribution in space. -> done in Load Module
