how to simulate a grommet in ANSYS mechanical (workbench)

What is the best way to simulate a rubber piece in ANSYS with an assigned spring rate. I could either include the rubber cad in ANSYS or not. I believe there is a way to simulate the rubber w/o including the cad. You just assign a spring rate. Is this correct?
Can this be done in ANSYS
