Is there any one know how to repair Precast Hollow Core Slab? Is traditional repair approach good enough? This is a balcony slab that has spalling concrete on the slab edge and the surface of the precast hollow core concrete slab. The precast also has 2" thick of concrete topping on it. The total thickness of the slab is 8" thick instead of typical 6" thick slab. The steel reinforcement or tendon within it is corroded. Thanks for any help!

Other than adding some form of supplemental structural support beneath it, the only way I've seen to repair damaged hollow core is to add reinforcing in the cores and grout full with a good concrete mix.
This was done on a previous project where the bottom of the HC was totally spalled away and tendons were hanging down. Formwork was set up and new bars "hung" inside the open cores from below. Concrete was then pumped into the space to create a solid, concrete, reinforced slab. The rebar was sized to take all the load - ignoring the tendons as their quality was uncertain.
