How to register callbacks in UG/Open?

Hi all,
I have a function(*.dll).Also i have a *.men file.I need to execute this function through the menu.I'm confused on how to register the call backs and actions.can anyone help me in explaining this?

Thanx for ur response.I need an webkey to access the UGS site.Is there any other way or site to access those information?

A webkey is free. All you need is access to the license file that has the Webkey access code for your site.
