How to prepare Bridge Scour report

A lot of the US DOTs have hyraulic and Scour reports on thier websites - standardized forms.
Most Cities and Counties will happily accpet the State format as the usual funding breakdown includes both State and Federal monies. As such there is some type of cursory review by the State and FHWA.
