Any one can help this from Roll I need to manufacture each 15mm length pin with starting Taper for 3to4 mm. Any manufacturing method profile forming. I tried multiple dies

@pud I need as continues production. Cost wise also. Any die type method? Pneumatic operated, Eccentric punch die method?

A common method for mass producing taper pins with minimal tooling cost is by swiss machine. But given the relatively high cost of your raw material (silver wire), I can see why you might prefer some cold forming process that will minimize the amount of waste material.

What was the problem you had cold forming the pins using progressive dies? Was it a dimensional/form tolerance issue?

Try talking to these guys:

I wonder if it could be roll formed? Would need expensive dies (rolls) and require a second set at 90 degrees to reshape the centre plane.
