How to insert image into sketch mode

I'm trying to insert image into sketch mode but doesen't happen nothing except white rectangular field. Switched the color, transparancy and opacity nothing again. I'm working with Solid Edge V15

bmp. file ( which is supported by SE), in general i'm trying to use it for carving a logo on solid part

just checked it -- no problems. V15/ServicePack 11. Tested
.bmp/.jpg/.tif insert done by: Insert --> Picture
